Danielle DiMartino-Booth Calls a Recession
If you don't already know of her, DiMartino is a truly competent financial industry economist who 'trained up' working as an analyst for the Federal Reserve Bank system. She's now a financial industry/investment industry consultant, and, among other things, provides the general public with useful 'inside baseball' translations of what's going on in the US and world economies, and what the Fed is up to.
Her post for today is somewhat technical, but it is worth struggling through for the sake of receiving a credible report of the likely true current (and future) temperature of the US economy.
